Prepare the wash solutions

Fill four sitting drop bridges with about 100 microlitres of precipitant
solution from the reservoir of the seed

Fill the the wells around drops with water to maintain the humidity around
the drops
Seeding

Choose a crystal that is free of defects

Pick it up in a cryo-loop
-
Serially transfer it between the four wash solutions

Transfer the seed to a preeqilibrated drop
